09:45 – 10:00 | Grounding & Warm-Up
Breathing exercises on the grass.
A short guided meditation to disconnect from the city's noise, followed by gentle joint mobility exercises.

10:00 – 10:50 | Main Pilates Session (Mat Pilates)
A full-body mat Pilates workout suitable for all fitness levels.
Balance and strength exercises designed to help you connect with the energy of nature.

10:50 – 11:05 | Stretch & Relax (Cool Down)
Deep stretching exercises to release muscle tension.
A peaceful guided relaxation (Savasana) on the mat while listening to the sounds of nature.

11:05 – 11:30 | Social Time & Closing
Enjoy healthy snacks (fresh fruit and granola) while getting to know each other.
Group photo and farewell.
